  Our team will review your request within 48 hours; once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.

  Pack and Ship

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original boxing to ensure safe transit and schedule a courier pickup or drop off the item at our designated warehouse.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once the item reaches our facility, we will conduct a quality check and process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
